FORGET the same old New Years Resolutions be open to try something different! Join Kathy McHugh, author of Passing On Hope for a morning of reflection, laughter, renewal, joy and empowerment. We will begin the morning with gentle movement and meditation appropriate for anyone so we can tap into the bodys wisdom. We will move into a discussion about our cultural addiction to perfection and the impact it has on our ability to live authentically and passionately. We will work in the sacred space of this group to uncover self-limiting beliefs and behaviors that keep us stuck and life stale. Through various exercises, we will begin to embrace and value all that we are, freeing ourselves from the cultural spell that says we are not enough so we can move into THE HEROS JOURNEY.
